RATES
Our rental rates in Canada offer unbeatable value for your stay. Please note that these rates are not valid during blackout dates. They are net rates calculated on a nightly basis and apply to both single and double occupancy. All rates are in Canadian dollars. For stays of less than 31 nights, applicable taxes will be added. The taxes may vary depending on provincial and municipal regulations.
BOOKING FEES
The Guest shall pay Corporate Stays the amount as detailed during the booking process.
In addition to our affordable rates, we provide a range of services to enhance your rental experience. These services, including mandatory exit cleaning and parking fees, are also subjected to applicable taxes.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
The Guest shall be obligated to pay the following amounts upon the execution of this Agreement:
The security deposit amount is detailed in the booking process. The Security Deposit is for the faithful performance of the Guest under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Guest must pay the Security Deposit at the execution of this Agreement. The Security Deposit shall be returned to the Guest within 7 to 10 business days after the end of the Lease Term less any itemized deductions. This Security Deposit shall not be credited towards any Rent unless Corporate Stays gives their written consent.
PAYMENTS
At Corporate Stays, we strive to make the payment and reservation process convenient and secure for our guests. Please review the following information regarding payment methods, fees, and reservation requirements:
- Currency and Pricing: All prices in our brochure or website are quoted in Canadian Dollars.
- Payment Options: We offer multiple payment options to accommodate our guests. You can make payment by:
- Certified check
- A bank draft is drawn on a Canadian bank
- Wire transfer
- Credit card (MasterCard, VISA, or AMEX)
- PayPal
- Major cryptocurrencies (For cryptocurrency payments, please contact us at [email protected])
- Credit Card Authorization and Digital Identity Verification: To ensure a secure transaction, guests are required to complete and return a Credit Card Authorization form. In addition, a Digital Identity Verification process will be conducted through our trusted online service provider, Stripe which adheres to the highest level of compliance with regulations and data security.
- Corporate Guarantee: Guests can present a Corporate Guarantee before reservation confirmation. If a Corporate Guarantee is arranged, the named person or entity will be liable for all indicated fees, while the guest will be responsible for any other applicable fees.
- Fees: Guests agree to pay the rental prices for the duration of the Reservation Contract and any additional charges for requested services. Any outstanding balances will be charged to the credit card on file without prior notice unless alternative arrangements have been made.
- Monthly Payments: If the reservation is equal to or less than 45 nights long, it must be paid in full before check-in. Reservations of 46 nights or more will be charged every month, with each monthly payment due between 5 to 3 days before the due date. Please make payment before the monthly due date to avoid reservation termination and a 5% late payment fee every month.

LIABILITY & INSURANCE
By booking with us you are agreeing to the terms and conditions, which means the Guest(s) acknowledge and accept the following:
Indemnification: The Guest(s) agree to indemnify Corporate Stays against any loss, injury, damage, cost, action, or cause of action resulting from the actions of the Guest(s), Permitted Occupant(s), or any invited individuals while in the rental apartments. This indemnification covers any nature of loss or harm caused.
Liability for Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Items: CorporateStays.com assumes no liability for any items lost, damaged, or stolen during the Guest(s)’ stay in the rental apartments or after vacating the premises unless the Guest(s) is covered by CorporateStays.com insurance plan.
Release of Liability: The Guest(s) hereby release, remise, and forever discharge Corporate Stays, including its Officers, Directors, Managers, Employees, Agents, and Contractors, from any liability, including personal injury, death, and property damage. This release covers any incidents that may occur during the Guest(s)’ exclusive possession and use of the rental apartment until the Departure Date, regardless of when or how they appear.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
To ensure a smooth transition between guests, please familiarize yourself with our check-in and check-out policy:
Check-In Time: Check-in for arriving guests begins at 4:00 P.M. We understand that there may be instances where early or late check-in is necessary. Such requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
Check-Out Time: The Guest(s) are kindly requested to vacate the rental apartment by 11:00 A.M. This allows us to prepare the apartments for arriving guests and maintain our high standards of cleanliness and comfort.
Departure and Arrival Time Changes: Any changes to the departure and arrival times must be reported to Corporate Stays for confirmation of availability. We strive to accommodate reasonable requests, but please note that changes are subject to availability.
Return or Pick-Up Outside Business Hours: Upon prior arrangement, we can accommodate the return or pick-up of keys, parking passes, and remotes outside of regular business hours, including weekends and holidays. Please contact us to make the necessary arrangements.
Late Check-Out Fee: If there is a delay in vacating the rental apartment beyond the agreed-upon time, a full day’s rental will be charged at the nightly rate. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the check-out time to avoid inconvenience.
Key and Accessory Returns: It is important to return all rental apartment keys, parking passes, and remotes upon check-out. They can be returned to one of our Corporate Stays offices or deposited in our Corporate Stays drop-boxes. Please note that lost or missing keys may incur an additional charge.
We strive to provide a seamless housing experience for all our guests, and adherence to our check-in and check-out policy helps us maintain efficiency and ensure the satisfaction of all parties involved. If you have any further questions or require assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
CLEANING SERVICES & DAMAGES
At Corporate Stays, we offer cleaning services upon request for an additional cost. Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the rental apartments during their stay. Upon departure, guests are expected to leave the rental apartment in the same clean condition upon arrival, or additional cleaning costs may apply. Any damages caused by guests will incur a charge for repairs. For more information or to request cleaning services, please contact our Concierge team.
RESERVATION CHANGES
Acceptance of changes in check-in dates is subject to availability and remains at the sole discretion of Corporate Stays and may be viewed as a cancellation.
Early check-out dates require a thirty 30 days notice or will be subject to a cancellation fee.
For early termination of a rental reservation, rates will be adjusted based on the length of stay, and Guest(s) will be responsible for paying the difference between the rates, if applicable. Corporate Stays guarantees location and rental apartment types only.
Please note that reservations can be extended with 30 nights' notice and are always subject to availability and rate variances. Extensions not given within 30 days' notice are subject to availability and will incur a $150 administrative fee.
Each destination and building might have policies that supersede the above.

CANCELLATIONS
Corporate Stays must be notified in a written form for any reservation cancellation. There will be a thirty-30 days penalty for any cancellations given without notice.
- Rental Reservations of less than 30 nights are non-refundable.
- Length Of Stay: 30+ nights
- Reservations canceled 30+ nights before arrival are fully refundable.
- Reservations canceled within 30 nights of arrival will be subject to a one-month rent penalty.
- Reservations over 30 nights – 1st 30 nights payment must be paid immediately to confirm the rental booking.
- Subsequent months will be charged on a “month by month” basis.
- Cancellations will be assessed a non-refundable administration fee of $50.00
- A no-show is treated in the same way as a rental cancellation. Each destination and building might have policies that supersede the above.
TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
Corporate Stays has the right to terminate a rental reservation at any time on the grounds of abuse to staff or other guests, mistreatment of the rental apartment, or criminal activity on the part of those occupying the rental apartment or their guests. Corporate Stays is not obliged to provide or locate alternative housing accommodation in such circumstances. The period of notice and the refund applicable are entirely at the discretion of Corporate Stays.
Corporate Stays can terminate any rental reservations if the rent payment is more than 10 days late. Unless a payment agreement is in place and respected, Corporate Stays will terminate the rental reservation immediately, and the guest won’t be able to occupy the apartment. Corporate Stays reserves the right to take legal actions against the client and claim additional fees such as late and legal fees.
RULES & REGULATIONS
Corporate Stays reserves the right to relocate a reservation without notice to another rental apartment of a similar size in another building.
When confirming a reservation with CorporateStays, the guest is hereby obligated to respect the building rules in which the reservation is confirmed.
- Behavior: Our guests are expected to behave in a manner that will not cause a disturbance to or interfere with the quiet enjoyment of other residents of the building.
- Illegal Activity: The Guest shall use the Premises for legal purposes only. Any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any person, or illegal sexual behavior shall cause immediate termination of this Agreement with no refund of pre-paid Rent.
- Maintenance and repairs: The Guest shall maintain the Premises in a good, clean, and ready-to-rent condition and use the Premises only carefully and lawfully. The Guest shall leave the Premises in a ready-to-rent condition at the expiration of this Agreement, defined by Corporate Stays as being immediately habitable by the next Guest. The Guest shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the Premises be left in a lesser condition. The Guest agrees that Corporate Stays shall deduct the costs of said services from any Security Deposit before a refund if the Guest causes damage to the Premises or its furnishings.
- Quiet enjoyment: The Guest, along with neighbors, shall enjoy each other’s company quietly and respectfully to each other’s enjoyment. The Guest is expected to behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors with any residents of the immediate area. Creating a disturbance of the area by large gatherings or parties shall be grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement.
- Smoking: Corporate Stays offers a smoke-free environment for all our guests in all rental apartments. Any smoking activity in the rental apartments or prohibited common areas will be subject to an automatic $500 penalty.
- Subletting: The guest does not have the right to sublet the Premises.
- Use of premises: The Guest shall use the Premises for residential use only. The Guest is not authorized to sell products or services on the Premises or conduct any commercial activity.
REGISTRATIONS
Guest Registration
Guests must inform Corporate Stays of all the names, ages, and contact information of each occupant staying in the rental apartments. This is mandatory information for each rental reservation to ensure our guests are safe and comply with our emergency safety procedure. Provide this information to ensure your reservation is not terminated without notice and any refund.
Pet Registration
Pets are only allowed in properties where prior permission has been. Not all of our rental apartments are pet friendly, and please ask the booking agent before making a reservation.
A maximum of 2 pets are permitted per rental unit. Each building (and unit) has specific permissions for the type and size of animal permitted. All animals must be requested and registered before arrival. Pet Fees apply to all pets excluding service animals. Service animals must be registered with supporting documentation before arrival.
Owners are responsible for the action and any damages incurred by their pet in the rental units or within the building. In the event of any infringement of the obligations above, Corporate Stays, at its sole discretion, will be entitled to request the client to leave the rental apartment, and the client shall have no right to claim any type of compensation. If a client fails to comply with building pet regulations, $500.00 will be charged.

While Corporate Stays will strive to maintain accuracy and verify details,
Corporate Stays cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions that may arise. Corporate Stays also reserves the right to modify information published on the site, including rates, descriptions, and photographs of our rental apartments. Corporate Stays offers no warranty or representation about the fitness or suitability of any product or service advertised on its website.
Corporate Stays reserves the right to update any terms and conditions as may be required by the company’s business policies. Emphasis is placed on all parties using the site to undertake adequate measures to ensure they have thoroughly read the terms and conditions.
By agreeing to use this site, it is implied that any such third party accepts any such changes and that any such third party agrees to comply with any such changes. These terms do not affect consumer statutory rights.
